OUR PROJECTS

Watching the transformation of this old driveway was very rewarding.  We ripped up the old concrete and stone wall, widened the driveway and had a professional concrete company lay new concrete ready for us to add the new sandstone walls.  The sandstone around the bottom of the house was also in need of some repair as the mortar was crumbling.  We repointed the sandstone and it came up beautifully! 

This project was to restore and repoint the tried looking brickwork on a wall at the entrance of a house on the Northern Beaches.  A bluestone oxide coloured mortar was used and complimented the brickwork perfectly. 

This project included a small extension off the back of the family home and a covered entertaining area also leading from the family home included a 1.8m high retaining wall for privacy.  The new renovation was finished off with retaining walls around the whole area.  There was plenty of brickwork in this project and as you can see from the images the access was quite tight.

This granny flat project was located on the Northern Beaches and the build was co-ordinated by an owner/builder.  The original plan was to use common bricks to keep the cost down and then paint the bricks.  The owner was so happy with the outcome they decided to keep the brickwork as is!  View the video of this project on the home page. 

This project was also located on the Northern Beaches.  The client was looking for a stylish driveway entrance with steps leading down to an alfresco area.  The boundary wall was replaced with recycled bricks to provide a consistent look and feel.  The recycled bricks used throughout this project gave it a stylish and unique look. 

Our client requested we use the sandstone from their property to build a retaining wall and a set of steps to a viewing platform.  The steps were built from scratch as there was no access to the back end of the property.  Shaun has many years experience with sandstone so was able to chisel the bolders down to size to create the desired effect.
